The Cozy Nest Cottages are a small group of vintage cottages located across the street from the Niantic River in East Lyme, Connecticut. The cottages are secluded, on a dead end street, and border a large wooded area on the Niantic River. There is no beach at this location, but there is a small boat launch that is great for kayaks and canoes.
Our location is quiet and private, yet convenient to I-95 and all major attractions. Niantic Harbor and Long Island Sound are just two miles down river. Mohegan Sun casino, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, and several state beaches and parks are only a short drive away.
Cottages are rented by the week, or by the month. These simple yet charming efficiency cabins offer that rare commodity: affordable longer-term summer stays in Southeastern Connecticut."
