RESERVATIONS:

We accept telephone reservations between 9:00A.M. and 10:00P.M. EST.

Check-in time is 3 P.M. unless other arrangements have been made in advance; check-out time is 11 A.M.
WEEKLY BOOKINGS:
We are happy to accept weekly bookings, but we give priority to customers that rent by the month. Thus, we cannot give final confirmation of reservations for weekly stays until one month prior to the date of your stay. If you would like to request a weekly booking more than one month prior to your stay, you are welcome to send us your name and contact information, and we will contact you five weeks before the desired dates of your stay to finalize your reservation.
RATES:
Weekly rates start at $350.00 plus tax and monthly rates start at $1100, no tax applies for monthly rentals. Rents are due in advance and are nonrefundable. Rates are subject to change without notice.
All guests must provide a valid driver’s license and credit card.
